Kägi

The Swiss traditional brand Kägi commissioned us to develop a packaging system that allows customers in the store to design and print their own packaging. One challenge of this project was that the software had to be as intuitive as possible so customers could use it right away. To achieve this, we decided to use an iPad that enables customers to take photos on site and combine them with pre-made decorative elements. Kägi has the option to customize the decorative elements on the device or add new elements. The application now runs on Kägi’s own virtual machine and can be used on site in the shop.

Implementation

Initial assessment: During an initial meeting, the project requirements are discussed together.
Implementation: Aupa creates a first prototype.
Review: The prototype is presented. If any issues or dissatisfaction arise, they are documented and corrected.
Testing: The prototype is then thoroughly tested on site.
Handover: After successful tests, we installed and handed over the product at Kägi. Project duration: 3 months

Result

A user-friendly tool that is well received by customers and contributes to a positive shopping experience at Kägi.
